 Clean and Safe Vehicle Presentation:

To ensure the safety and efficiency of our technicians while working on your vehicle, we kindly request that you present your vehicle for repair in a clean and safe manner. While we understand that accidents happen, a vehicle that is excessively dirty or cluttered can hinder our ability to perform repairs effectively. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

 Changes to Vehicle Valeting:

In the past, we have offered complimentary vehicle valeting before returning your vehicle to you. However, due to rising costs associated with materials and labour, we regret to inform you that we can no longer sustain this service free of charge. We understand how disappointing this may be for some of our customers.

 As a solution, we are now offering a Basic Service Wash at no extra cost after we have completed the necessary repairs. This will help ensure that your vehicle is returned to you in a reasonably clean condition.

 For those who desire a more comprehensive cleaning service, we are pleased to offer a Vehicle Valeting Service for a fee of £30. Please let us know when you drop off your vehicle for repair if you would like to opt for this service, and we will be happy to assist you. We believe in transparency, and this approach allows us to provide options without increasing our overall pricing.

 Additional Cleaning Charges:

In cases where a vehicle is presented to us in a condition that requires cleaning before we can commence work on it, there will be a charge of £30 for the cleaning service. You will be notified of this charge during the check-in process to avoid any surprises.
